    What do you do when you're down to make you happy. Do you do anything that completely voids the things that went bad? For example when the shit hits the fan with me I just put my headphones on and crank my tunes, or go talk to my brother. He makes things so awkward that it makes me smile.

    Listening to music is def. a stress reliever for me. If I ever get into a bad situation or if I'm stressed, I'll usually want to stay away from everyone that I know is gonna piss me off (ex. mom), or at least I'll try and surround myself around me who are going to affect me in a positive way (which is no one right now). I'll usually start talking to some friend, either from West Virginia or a VT friend. Just talking to someone eases my mind and un-stresses me.

    When I talk to someone when I'm angry all I'm saying is get to cover fast. What I mean by that is my mood depending on when the event happened I will most likely still be boiling over the situation that I won't talk to the person. lol plain and simple. Talking to people when I'm in a situation or in the midst of handling one will either fix things a bit or make them worse where I snap.

    I talk it out with my closest friends and of course I listen to music. Takes my mind off of being sad for a while.

    I think you really need to have an outlet. It could be an activity, talking to a certain person, or just bashing a punching bag for hours on end.

    For me, I listen to music, or write and distance myself from the problem. The problem won't go away, I'll still have to deal with it, but I can change my way of thinking about the problem. Focus only on the good parts. How happy I'll be it's over..
